
French Pancakes or Crepes

Method:
Sift flour with salt. Make a well in sifted ingredients. Beat 2 eggs, adding milk as you continue to beat. Pour in the beaten eggs and other liquid ingredients (ignore the lumps) rest the batter for about an hour in the fridge. Fry in pan in rather hot oil on both sides. Roll the crepe and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Enjoy!
